CHARGES TAXES & EXPENSES FOR PROPERTY

The Tax Returns

Non-residents are generally required to calculate the taxes due, present the tax returns and pay their taxes in May and June of each year. The returns are made in respect of the previous tax year (which is the same as the calendar year in Spain).

Those who own just one property here are allowed to pay their taxes at any time during the year.

Our office can recommend you an accountant who could represent you in this respect. They normally charge from €60 per annum (plus VAT) for this service, according to the number of properties owned.
